What is a "clinically integrated network"?
The University Hospitals (“UH”) Quality Care Network is a clinically integrated network (“CIN”) of UH employed and independent providers. A clinically integrated network (CIN) is a network of providers who commit to clinical protocols to enhance coordination of care. CINs use shared technology, clinical practice guidelines, and best practices to enhance communication and streamline care delivery. The high-value network is the choice for population health and accountable care.

We are a high-value network that understands the role of physician leadership.
Who can become a member?
This is a nonexclusive network of providers that are committed to quality improvement. Members are permitted to be in other clinically integrated networks if they choose.
Is there a cost to join the UH Quality Care Network?
There is not an up-front fee to join the network.
